FAQ
Questions about posting Reels and Shorts from Ethiopia, Connect, the 3-video trial, and support.
We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, Africa/Addis_Ababa time.
What does Mas Upload do?
You upload one short video, pick the TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook accounts you connected, and Mas Upload publishes or schedules that video through each platform’s official API.
Do I paste API tokens?
No. Open Connect and sign in with each platform. Tokens stay on the Mas Upload server, not in your browser.
How does the free trial work?
New accounts can publish 3 videos in total. Posting one video to four platforms still counts as one upload. After that, a paid plan is required.
What if a platform fails?
Home shows which channels published and which failed. If a post fails, upload the video again.
How fast do you answer support?
We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, Africa/Addis_Ababa time. Email masproduction2026@gmail.com or message @Reyan_Mohammed1 on Telegram.
Can I post to TikTok and Instagram at the same time?
Yes. Connect both accounts, upload one video, select TikTok and Instagram, and Mas Upload publishes to both. You can also add YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels in the same post.
Does Mas Upload work in Ethiopia?
Yes. Mas Upload is built for creators in Ethiopia. Plans are priced in Ethiopian Birr (ETB), support is in Addis Ababa time, and you publish from masupload.et.
